1. Registration for Participants with Presentation

1.1　 Regular: JPY 70,000, Student: JPY 38,000, Accompanying person: JPY 35,000.
Banquet and conference tour are also included in all categories.
For accompanying person, conference package like USB memory of proceedings is not included.
The registration will start from July 1 (tentative).
There will be no refunds for the cancellation on and after August 1, 2019.
If a cancellation notice is received by JTB until July 31, 2019, JPY10,000 for the total registration fee will be deducted.

2. Registration for participants without presentation

Registration of the participants without presentation for the 5th International Conference on Electric Power Equipment – Switching Technology (ICEPE-ST 2019) has been opened and will remain open until 26th of August!

The ICEPE-ST 2019 is scheduled on October 13 (Sun) – 16 (Wed), 2019 in Kitakyusyu, Japan.
The local organizing committee welcome those of you who will attend as non-speaker to register the ICEPE-ST 2019 conference via online system.
Registration at the conference venue during conference period will be not accepted.

- Cancellation Policy for online payment:
We require cancellation notice prior to September 30th to refund the total amount without cancellation fee, otherwise 10% total amount will be charge from October 1st and October 11th, 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel on and after the first day of the conference. Note that this cancellation policy is applicable only for the audience (non-speakers) participants.

3. Hotel Reservation

The previously registered attendees to submit the conference paper through the website http://icepe2019.nuee.nagoya-u.ac.jp/submission.html are able to make hotel reservation through the same website with the registered ID.

The audiences (not yet registered) can make hotel reservation after making participant registration.
